Reset „Service now!” service interval message in Volkswagen with MFD (Multi Function Display) / MFA / MFA Plus. You don’t need diagnostic tools like VCDS to do this after changing oil and filters.
This tutorial will work for most of modern Volkswagen cars:
Golf MK6 / MK7
Jetta MK6 / MK7
Passat B7
Caddy lift
Tiguan
Touran MK2
Thanks for the information…. i have some issues in my 14 reg passat. The reverse camera parking sensors and multimedia has stopped working. Any information on that please???
wow. after searching web for two weeks finally found it with basic version Passat, and how to access the menu. thanks mate. and it took a minute to reset the bloody service now thing.
I've got a mk.6 golf plus, and I did reset the Indicator in a similar fashion with the mfd plus and multifunction-Steeringwheel. However, the car is now on a fixed 15.000 km maintenance-schedule as opposed to flexible Service (Oil-Change Interval up to 30.000 km) before. Is there any way to return to flexible-long-life service without a Vag-Com?
Hi there I'm stuck in Bluetooth mode (phone) I want to scroll back to the main setting such as my speed meter. (please note I'm working with another language mode I don't understand, I think it's German ) please help me

This is the way to reset fixed interval service not for longlife. You need vcds for that.

Thanks for this. Dealer didn't reset after the last service on my TDi, and of course the manual doesn't explain how to reset it, just that it's there.
